PDF Tooly is a graphical user interface for command-line parameter pdf software titles. It is a powerful software utility that will help make it much easier to extract, rotate or join pdf's. PDF Tooly requires command-line software from other developers to be downloaded, extracted, and finally placed into the 'PDF Tooly' application plugins directory.
